What are the benefits of Rock Climbing? Rock climbing is a great sport where you can burn calories and exercise in a different environment. Rather than working out on the ground, you're climbing vertically with gravity against you. Climbing on a regular basis can build not just physical strength but mental confidence. Here are some other benefits:
